  • Why should I have an account with Energique?
    Since 1987, we have provided healthcare professionals with unique products. Our high-quality products deliver the optimal results for your patients. And we back our products with personal service and exceptional support.
  • What kinds of products do you sell?
    We offer a wide range of single and combination herbal products, homeopathics, nutritional products and essential oils.   This makes it a one-stop shop for practitioners like you to find the right treatment plans for your patients.
  • How do I establish an account?
    We sell products to licensed practitioners who have established accounts with us. If you qualify, we only need a little information and a copy of your license or certification.
    If you are a patient or consumer, we encourage you to find an experienced healthcare practitioner to guide you on your journey toward improved health.
  • Are you GMP-compliant?
    All our products are all manufactured in a FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facility. We are among a very small number of natural medicine companies that have been FDA-inspected for GMP compliance under the OTC drug regulations.
  • Where do you source your raw materials?
    We strive to find the best raw materials, and as often as possible we use organic or wild-crafted ingredients, which we source from all over the world.
  • What does hand-succussion mean?
    Hand-succussion is the traditional practice of potentizing a remedy by serial dilution and succussing (i.e.; shaking with impact) by hand in a manner that has been used for hundreds of years.  We hand-succuss all of our homeopathic products because we believe this is the best way to create the most effective remedies.
  • Why do you produce combination homeopathic remedies?
    Homeopathic remedies with more than one ingredient are called combinations. Finding an effective combination remedy for a given symptomatic profile is easier than finding the right single constitutional remedy. Similarly, multi-potency remedies make prescribing easier since they increase the likelihood of providing a potency that the body will respond to. We also have many constitutional remedies for practitioners who prefer classical homeopathy.
  • How do I obtain price sheets, a catalog, or other product information?
    If you have never ordered from us, we ask you to establish a wholesale account before we can provide pricing, catalogs or other information. If you already have an account, we would be delighted to provide you with any product resources you need, or you can log in and find pricing on this website.
  • What is the minimum order size?
    We do not have minimum order sizes.  However orders over $500 will ship free.
  • Can you custom-manufacture products?
    We may have an existing product in our extensive line that will meet your goals. If not, we can produce certain custom products. Please contact us by phone to inquire about details.
  • Can you ship directly to patients?
    Yes, practitioners can choose to drop-ship products directly to their patients with no additional shipping charges.
  • Are Homeopathic remedies safe for children?
    Yes, homeopathic remedies are almost invariably safer than their allopathic counterparts. However, some Energique products are intended for adults only. Please be sure to read product “Directions” and “Warnings” for specific information.
  • Do you test your products on animals?
    No, we never test any of our products on animals.
  • Where/how do I find out when a product was manufactured or an expiration date?

HELP WITH THE WEBSITE

  • My order will not go through.
    Sometimes it happens that orders do not correctly process, either because there is an issue with the credit card you are using or internet/network connection errors. If this is the case, Please call 800-869-8078 Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST, or you can email an inquiry to inquiry@EnergiquePro.com.
  • How can I change my account information (address, email etc.)?
    Log in to “My Dashboard“, select “Account details” if you want to change your email address or passwords. Select “addresses” to change your billing or shipping addresses.
  • How do I change my password?
    Log in to “My Dashboard”, select “Account details” then follow the prompts to change your password.
  • I forgot my password
    After a failed login, click the “lost your password” link below the box and type in the email or username associated with your account, then click “reset password” and then check your email and follow the prompts.

  • How long does shipping take?

  • What are your shipping costs?

  • How do I order products to be shipped somewhere other than my business?
    When you place an item in your cart and checkout you can specify a different address to ship to other than what is listed on your profile.
  • How do I cancel an order?
    Most of our orders ship the same day so any cancellations received after 2:00 CST may have already shipped, however, we advise that you call 800-869-8078 Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST or you can email an inquiry to inquiry@EnergiquePro.com.
  • Can you ship to locations outside the U.S.?
    Yes, we can. Though we are unable to process international orders through our website at this time, we can process them over the phone.  Please contact a knowledgeable customer service representative at 800-869-8078 Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST to find out how to place your order.
  • Can I get faster shipping?
